With this service, you can book an appointment to visit the department of the Public Employment Service (DYPA) you wish. You can visit either:

• an Employment Promotion Centre (KPA2) or
• an office of Special Social Groups (SSG)

so that you can be served exclusively for processes that are not provided electronically.

You will need:

• your personal Taxisnet credentials
• your email address
• your mobile phone number
• your Tax Identification Number (AFM) or the AFM of your company

Please note that someone else can also book the appointment for you. However, you should be personally present at the appointment.
