You can apply to transfer the municipal record of yourself and members of your family to the municipality where you have resided permanently for the last two (2) consecutive years.

In particular, they can be transferred with you:

• your spouse or member of a civil partnership
• your minor children

If you transfer your municipal record only with your minor children

If you want to transfer your and your minor children's municipal record, the other parent must be informed and give the his/her consent via an electronic formal declaration. Please note that all minor children must belong to the same municipality.

If you transfer your municipal record with your spouse or member of a civil partnership

If you and your spouse/civil partner want transfer your municipal record, you will start the application and the spouse/civil partner must complete it. The application started by the first spouse/civil partner will appear as pending to the second spouse/civil partner when he/she enters the application.

Please note that in this case any minor children you may have, will automatically be transfered to the new municipality.
